You look like you are having a lot of fun recording Soul asking Sylahs if it was hard training for the cross country. It was interesting talking to you about how you trained as well and how you used the A frame to get fitter. Great results with Soul coming 6th and beating you by two places as you were 8th. Perhaps you can train harder and try to beat Soul next year.
